HOW TO QUALIFY TO PICK UP FOOD AND SUPPLIES
Please click on the button below to fill out our simple intake form. The family member who fills out the intake form must be 18 or older. You can only submit one intake form per household. We do NOT require proof of income. But when we get our new processes in place, we will require proof of who is in your household.
What to Expect When Picking Up
Please bring your ID. We may ask to see it for verification. If you have boxes or reusable shopping bags, we appreciate when you bring them. We usually have some disposable shopping bags on hand. (We will no longer provide empty boxes but will be getting a few shopping carts.)
We will look up your intake form at the check-in desk.
(In the future, to avoid lines, we plan to go to a system where clients will sign up for slots in 30-minute windows.)
We will allow you to choose what your family needs. But please limit yourself to what your family will use within one week. Some items are limited to one per family, and non-food items are distributed according to a point system. Our purpose is to help families get through the week. Our intention is NOT to stock your cupboards for several months because it takes current resources away from other struggling families. You can come again each week if needed. At this time, we can only give one package of diapers per family per week, regardless of the number of children in your household. Thank you for respecting our policies. Doing so allows us to continue serving as many families as possible! (We reserve the right to refuse service to families that do not respect our policies.)
